Introduction to International Exchange

近两年来，学校响应国家“一带一路”倡议，在留学生招收、中外合作办学、服务产能“走出去”等方面做出了积极贡献。目前，学校招收有来自老挝、孟加拉、乌兹别克斯坦等逾15个一带一路沿线国家近500名留学生，在老挝建设海外“嫘祖学院”，其中服装、建筑、物流专业教学标准，成为老挝琅南塔省教育厅唯一认可的专业标准；引入国际优质教学资源，举办有中英、中意合作办学项目，累计培养近500名国际人才；实施服装与服饰设计及艺术设计专业国际标准认证，是“高等职业教育领域学历学位评估认证中心试点院校”；海外订单班，开发国际职业教育课程，面向“走出去”企业提供“中文+技能+文化”培训；为坦桑尼亚教育部开发纺织技术员5级及皮革技术员5级岗位标准及培养方案；与埃塞俄比亚巴哈达尔大学开展联合博士生培养；完成哈萨克斯坦职业教育项目供热通风与空调技术专业的实训室方案咨询编制；连续7年举办“一带一路”国际文化艺术周，成为四川教育交流品牌活动，牵头成立“一带一路”国际艺术教育联盟，授牌“中非教育合作与人文交流优秀单位”；是教育部首批瑞士乔治费歇尔智能制造创新实践基地培育建设单位。

In the past two years, the College has made positive contributions in the recruitment of international students, Sino-foreign cooperative education, and “going global” of service capacity in response to the “Belt and Road” initiative. The College has enrolled about 500 international students from more than 15 countries long the Belt and Road, including Laos, Bangladesh and Uzbekistan; builds a “Leizu Institute” in Laos, where the teaching standards for clothing, architecture, and logistics have become the only professional standards that are recognized by the Luang Namtha Department of Education and Sport; introduces international high-quality teaching resources, holds Sino-British and Sino-Italian cooperative education projects, and has cultivated nearly 500 international talents; implements the international standard certification of clothing and apparel design and art design, and is a pilot unit of UK NARIC qualifications benchmarking; sets up overseas order classes, develops international vocational education courses, and provides “Chinese + skills + culture” training for “going global” enterprises; develops post standards and training programs for level 5 textile technicians and level 5 leather technicians for Tanzania’s Ministry of Education; carries out combined training of doctoral students with Bahir Dar University in Ethiopia; finishes the consultation and preparation of the training room plan for the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning technology major of the vocational education project of Kazakhstan; holds the “Belt and Road” International Culture and Art Week for 7 consecutive years, which has become a brand event for education exchanges in Sichuan province; leads the establishment of the “Belt and Road” International Art Education Alliance and was awarded the “Excellent Unit for China-Africa Education Cooperation and People-To-People Exchange”; is one of the first batch of cultivation and construction units for Swiss Georg Fischer Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Practice Base approved by the Ministry of Education.

以“服务人们美好生活、支撑重大产业发展、引领纺织文化创新”为办学使命，以建设“世界知名、中国一流、轻纺特色”的职业技术大学为办学目标，以立足成都，服务川渝，面向全国为办学定位，服务“创新驱动、制造强国、文化强国”国家战略，对接四川现代工业和现代服务业体系，按照“一元领先、三元并进、突出特色”的专业建设思路，构建轻工纺织专业集群、先进智造专业集群、商贸物流专业集群、文化创新专业集群四大专业集群。

With the mission of “Serving people’s beautiful life, supporting the development of major industries, and leading the innovation of textile culture”, the goal of building a vocational and technical college that is “famous in the world, best in China” with textile characteristics, the school-running orientation of “based on Chengdu, serve regionally and think nationally”, the College serves the national strategies of “innovation-driven development and a leading country in manufacturing and culture”, connects the modern industry and modern service industry systems in Sichuan province, and follows the major construction idea of “leading in one aspect, advancing in three aspects and highlighting characteristics” to build the four major professional clusters: the light industry and textile professional cluster, the advanced intelligent manufacturing professional cluster, the commercial and trade logistics professional cluster, and the cultural innovation professional cluster.

学校现有轻工与材料学院、纺织工程学院、服装工程与设计学院、智能制造与装备学院、电气信息工程学院、智能建造与环境工程学院、数字经贸与管理学院、外语与文化旅游学院、艺术设计与创意学院、人文与通识教育学院、马克思主义学院等11个二级学院和体育工作部。

The College has 11 secondary schools, including School of Light Industry and Materials, School of Textile Engineering, School of Garment Engineering and Design, School of Intelligent Manufacturing and Equipment, School of Electrical and Information Engineering, School of Intelligent Construction and Environmental Engineering, School of Digital Economy, Trade and Management, School of Foreign Languages, Culture and Tourism, School of Art Design and Creativity, School of Humanities and General Studies and School of Marxism, as well as Department of Physical Education.

Introduction to Industry-Education Integration

习近平总书记在二十大报告中强调，教育、科技、人才是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑，其中科技是第一生产力、人才是第一资源、创新是第一动力。必须坚持科技是第一生产力、人才是第一资源、创新是第一动力，深入实施科教兴国战略、人才强国战略、创新驱动发展战略，开辟发展新领域新赛道，不断塑造发展新动能新优势。

General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in the report to the 20th CPC National Congress that education, science and technology, and human resources are the foundational and strategic pillars for building a modern socialist country in all respects. Among them, science and technology are the primary productive force, talents are the primary resource, and innovation is the primary driving force. We must regard science and technology as our primary productive force, talent as our primary resource, and innovation as our primary driver of growth. We will fully implement the strategy for invigorating China through science and education, the workforce development strategy, and the innovation-driven development strategy. We will open up new areas and new arenas in development and steadily foster new growth drivers and new strengths.

正如二十大报告指出统筹职业教育、高等教育、继续教育协同创新，推进职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇，优化职业教育类型定位。对于职业教育而言，产教融合、校企合作是职业教育基本办学模式，是职业教育最显著的类型特征。近年来学校不断强化产教融合，加大与头部企业的校企合作力度，在办学过程中树立围绕产业办专业，办好专业服务产业的职业办学理念，不断深化机制体制建设，先后出台校企合作管理办法、产业学院建设方案等系列制度，在全校掀起产教融合大发展的热潮。学校目前与各行各业260余家企业建立了合作关系，并积极与世界500强企业华为技术有限公司、吉利汽车集团有限公司、西门子（中国）有限公司、中软国际有限公司、川开电气有限公司等优质龙头企业共建生产性实训基地、产业学院，积极开展深度校企合作，创新“校行地企共建、产学研用一体”发展模式，与产业同频共振、同向同行。近两年学校产教融合取得的部分成果如下：

As pointed out in the report to the 20th CPC National Congress, we will promote collaborative innovation in vocational education, higher education, and continuing education and promote integration between vocational education and general education, between industry and education, and between science and education. We will better establish vocational education as a category in the educational system. For vocational education, the industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation are the basic school-running patterns and the most prominent characteristics. In recent years, the College has continuously strengthened the industry-education integration, increased school-enterprise cooperation with leading enterprises, and established a vocational schooling concept of establishing majors based on the industry and running majors well to serve the industry during the process of school running. The College has continuously deepened the construction of mechanisms and systems, and successively introduced a series of systems such as school-enterprise cooperation management measures and industrial school construction plans, setting off an upsurge in the development of the industry-education integration in the school. At present, the College has established cooperative relations with more than 260 enterprises from all walks of life, and actively cooperates with the world’s top 500 companies such as Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., Geely Automobile Holdings Limited and Siemens Ltd. China and leading enterprises such as Chinasoft International Co., Ltd. and Chuan Kai Electric Co., Ltd. to build productive training bases and industrial schools, actively carries out in-depth school-enterprise cooperation, and innovates the development model of "co-construction of schools, industries, localities and enterprises, and integration of industry, education, research and application", resonating with the industry at the same frequency and advancing in the same direction.
